We have allowed for each owner to display up to 24 images of their property.  These are very easily uploaded to the site and are automatically optimised so that they download quickly, whilst still maintaining their quality.

Secure Owner Administration Area.
You may edit your listing details at any time.  Your password protected administration area allows you to change information or photo's your self!!!  or you can let us know and we'll do it for you..

Unique Listing ID / AD # .
Each property that is listed with Private Property Sales is given a unique AD # which can be used to direct people straight to your property from Newspapers, flyers or a sign in front of your home or business.

Flyer Making Wizard.
Letter drops and community notice boards are a great way to let people know that your property is for sale.  You may create flyers with our flyer making wizard and print them off at home.

Unlimited Text.
You may add as much or as little information about your property as desired.

E-mail Notification to Buyers.
Visitors to Private Property Sales will lodge their details with us and they will automatically be alerted to new properties which meet their needs.
Most houses are sold to buyers within 5km of the property, thus distributing flyers in your area will help to sell your property a lot faster.
A sign also plays a large role in marketing your home.
